Car Prowler Spotted in North Arcadia

May. 10th, 2025: 

On Saturday morning, May 10th, around 4:20 am, this video was captured on a homeowner's security camera on the 400 block of Hill Crest Blvd.  The man can be seen sneaking around the neighborhood, going from car to car, checking car door handles, looking for something to steal.  The suspect has a flashlight in his hands and uses it to check the contents of nearby cars. The man then runs up and down different driveways in the neighborhood.

 

The suspect spent the morning in the area around Hill Crest and Valencia Way. Please check your security cameras to see if you have any additional video to add.  ​​​

The suspect can be described as a white male, with short, dark hair.  He appears to be about 5 foot 10 inches tall and 180 lbs.  He was wearing a dark  T-shirt and dark pants.  Based on the way he runs, it is likely that he is in his mid to late 40s. 
 

Hopefully someone in the neighborhood will have video of his vehicle , with the possibility of identifying the license plate number.
