NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING 

OF THE 

ARCADIA HIGHLANDS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION 

Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Arcadia Highlands Home Owners Association, to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Arcadia City Council Chambers, 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA. 
 

The Special Meeting is called pursuant to Article V, Section 6 of the By-Laws of the Association. 
 

The meeting is being held at the request of Arcadia Fire Chief Chen Suen to discuss the updated Fire Hazard Severity Zone Maps for Los Angeles County, which includes Arcadia,  and the effects the new maps may have on homes north of the 210 freeway. 
 

The city recently mailed to each address in the Highlands an information packet on this subject matter. 
 

As President of the HOA, I am asking for your help to encourage your neighbors to attend.  We are using the HOA email list, our Website and Neighborhood Watch Captains to pass the word along.  You can help by passing along the meeting information.

This is an important matter and all residents of the Highlands are urged to attend.
